Stressed, depressed, disorientd, etc.
I occasionally get depressed, in the dumps, grouchy etc, but the effective results obtained through the simple, easy procedure below can help you too. This remedy was passed on to me by my mother thirty years before I started suffering from depression; and the first step is learning to recognize when the symptoms start to settle in.
This is the "no cost, anti-depression secret" that I'm passing on to anyone who wants to try it.
Any time you detect one of the early symptoms; (or if it sneaks up) you must tell yourself that this situation does not have to last very long. That it comes and goes away without warning. That if you persist in reminding yourself of that fact, those ugly, long attacks will go away quickly. (Often within minutes.)
Presently my depression stays away for six months or longer, and I don't have to worry, should one appear once in a while, because I know what to do about it. And now, so do you. (amirizar10@yahoo.com)
