You & EDI. (Together they can conquer any obstacle quickly.)

The only constant in the universe is "change."

Understand what the subconscious mind and EDI are, and how well they can work together for you are explained here. The subconscious mind is a powerful, really wondrous thing that a lot of people don't quite understand. Learn here how this newly redeveloped concept simplifies the learning process, and the eradication of many terrible addictions, or habits.
Enhanced, Dynamic Imaging (EDI) relies in the projection of "specific mental images" and is the essence of the "Wide Awake concept" in establishing contact most effectively with the subconscious mind, to help in achieving any goal in the realm of modifying behavior, as in digesting, and remembering the material covered in school as elsewhere, and in conquering harmful, or inconvenient habits, much more efficiently. It is useful controlling appetite, bodilly functions, in easing mental anguish, and pain from minor injuries as well. Remember at will a forgotten information, or experience, or put a bad memory out of mind for as long as desired.
The use of “Passwords" to the brain/mind is an important component of the EDI method/system as in promoting the meditative estate; making communications between you and the subconscious mind more efficient/productive by yourself instantly.

Note: Remember that with this method you are always wide awake, though somewhat mesmerized. In every stage of the process, you can hear everything said by the AWA Associate, ask questions, and usually remember everything about the session afterwards. If you run a private enterprise, you could enhance efficiency/productivity, reduce accidents greatly, according to the number of associates enjoying the benefits of "EDI."
Most everything that you are reading here can be verified in Basic Psychology tomes at your nearest Public Library, or online. EDI and its processes are probably too new to specifically find described anywhere, but the same principles that govern it are universally known and applied in psychology.

Articles and excerpts of works published by experts on this topic.

By the way; contrary to the misconception that hypnosis is a form of unconsciousness resembling sleep; contemporary research suggests that it is actually a wakeful state of focused attention, and heightened suggestibility with diminished peripheral awareness. In the first book on the subject, Neury-pnology (1843), J. Baird described "hypnotism" as a state of physical relaxation, induced by heightened, mental concentration.
--------------------
In the Wikipedia Website, as in several other sources you can find plenty on the Mind, Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis, but not a word on EDI because it has not been out there long enough. However, the main difference between these two therapeutic processes lies in that the oldest one relies in placing you in a [seemingly] deep hypnotic sleep.

Stressed, depressed, disoriented, etc.

Stressed, depressed, disorientd, etc.

I occasionally get depressed, in the dumps, grouchy etc, but the effective results obtained through the simple, easy procedure below can help you too. This remedy was passed on to me by my mother thirty years before I started suffering from depression; and the first step is learning to recognize when the symptoms start to settle in.

This is the "no cost, anti-depression secret" that I'm passing on to anyone who wants to try it.
Any time you detect one of the early symptoms; (or if it sneaks up) you must tell yourself that this situation does not have to last very long. That it comes and goes away without warning. That if you persist in reminding yourself of that fact, those ugly, long attacks will go away quickly. (Often within minutes.)
Presently my depression stays away for six months or longer, and I don't have to worry, should one appear once in a while, because I know what to do about it. And now, so do you. (amirizar10@yahoo.com)

Important Safety Information for those wanting to quit smoking.

Since AWA developed “Enhanced Dynamic Imaging” (EDI) you can quit smoking quickly without the need to induce hypnotic-sleep. Counseling will be available during and after as necessary on your “Quit Smoking” endeavor, as it is possible that under a stressful situation you might slip up and light a cigarette. In spite of that you can continue to persevere in your pursuit if you review this blog often, as in so doing you will remotivate yourself whenever necessary.

When using some commercial methods: (Over the counter or on prescrip-tion.) there are safety precautions that you must keep in mind, as hostility, agitation, depressed mood, suicidal thoughts or actions can result.
Some people had these symptoms when they began their quit smoking regime, and others developed them after several weeks of treatment, or after stopping for a while.
Notify your care giver, or Doctor if you notice agitation, hostility, depression, anxiety, panic, aggression, anger, abnormal sensations, hallucinations, paranoia, or confusion.
Some people can even have serious skin reactions which can become life-threatening. These can include rashes, swelling, redness, and peeling of the skin.
Some people can have allergic reactions, some of which can be life threa-tening and include: swelling of the face, mouth, and throat that can cause trouble breathing. If you have any of these symptoms or have a rash with peeling skin or blisters in your mouth, stop right away and get medical attention. Do not continue to use a product if you have had a serious al-lergic or skin reaction to it.
The side effects encountered with those methods may also include nausea, sleep problems, constipation, gas, vomiting, suffer from vivid, unusual, and/or strange dreams; and are advised to use caution driving or operating machinery while using those products.
Do not use more than one of those products at a time. You may need a lower dose of some products if you have kidney problems or get dialysis.
Before you start taking any “Quit Smoking Product,” tell your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or if you take insulin, or asthma medicines, or blood thinners. Medicines like these may work differently when you have partially quit smoking.
All AWA services are provided to you cost-free, and your queries are al-ways wellcome, no matter where you live.

Breaking news; from NewsmaxHealth.com (Oct. 26th. 2010)
Smoking Doubles Dementia Risk Decades Later. Heavy smoking during middle age can double the risk of Alzheimer's disease and dementia two decades later, researchers said on Monday. Smoking already causes millions of deaths each year from cancer and heart disease.
"Our study suggests that heavy smoking in middle age increases the risk of both Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia for men and women across different race groups," Rachel Whitmer, a research scientist with Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, Calif., and colleagues wrote in the Archives of Internal Medicine.
They said smoking also causes cancer and heart diseases. The new findings show it threatens public health in late life, when people are already more likely to develop dementia.
Whitmer's team analyzed data from 21,123 members of a health plan who took part in a survey when they were in their 50s and 60s.
About 25 percent of the group, 5,367 volunteers were diagnosed with some form of dementia in the more than 20 years of follow-up, including 1,136 people who were diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
Alzheimer's, the most common form of dementia, is a fatal brain disease in which people gradually lose their memories and their ability to reason and care for themselves. It affects more than 26 million people globally.
People who smoked more than two packs of cigarettes a day had a higher risk of both Alzheimer's disease and vascular dementia.
"The increase in risk is not just for heavy smokers," Whitmer said in a telephone interview. "It's not that if you smoke less you are in the clear that is for sure."
She said compared with nonsmokers, those who smoked more than two packs a day had a 114 percent increased risk of dementia, a 157 percent increased risk of Alzheimer's disease, and a 172 percent greater risk of vascular dementia.
Whitmer said it has been difficult to study the effects of smoking on brain health because heavy smokers often die from other conditions first.
"This is the first time someone has really been able to look over the long term," Whitmer said.
"We've known for some time that smoking is bad for your health," she said. "This really adds to our understanding that the brain is also sus-ceptible.
The World Health Organization says 5 million people die every year from tobacco-related heart attacks, strokes and cancers. Another 430,000 adults die annually from breathing second-hand smoke.
A report last month said the worldwide costs of coping with dementia will reach $604 billion in 2010, more than 1 percent of global GDP output, and those costs will soar further as the number of sufferers triples by 2050.

Enhanced Dynamic Imaging.

Be Empowered: Learn how below.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 20, 2009 (REV. 11-26-11 7:00AM

The EDI, quick method.

Please read this shortened description of “The Enhanced Dynamic Imaging" Concept (EDI) developed by AWA.
Understanding thoroughly, what you will read here is essential because it will help you relax your body and mind most effectively. Total relaxation will be your minimum goal; the first thing because only then your subconscious mind (The part of our Psychic that never sleeps) will be able to follow a few, brief directions for easy learning, liberating yourself from an addiction, and/or inconvenient habits.
The knowledge gained from today forward will commence to empower you in achieving a healthy, successful, life; however the “EDI Power” will always be at your disposal as needed. This fact will provide you with unlimited confidence in your personal and professional abilities for the rest of your life. (An invaluable treasure offered to you cost free, now only.) The AWA, EDI Concept has resulted from a half century of experience helping people to live a longer, healthier, happier life.

Until recently the only practical, expedient tool available was the very popular and effective hypnosis, which by the way can provide quicker results. However, thanks to the EDI process, induction of sleep (Previously essential to conquer many habits.) is not necessary in making contact with the subconscious mind now. The original hypnosis process normally yields good, quick results; yet there are many people that for a variety of reasons are better served by the innovative EDI Model, which though a little more time consuming, the results are just as effective. In addition, through this effective method you will be spared any anxiety, or withdrawal discomforts.

Your desired professional goal will be quickly achieved, or target-habit will slip right off, like water on the proverbial duck’s back. (Even within an hour.) However in some cases, the process might require several sessions of up to an hour each, in a quiet, peaceful environment. (Most probably at your home.)
Several indirect benefits resulting from the AWA process will cause you to feel more self-confident and relaxed in situations where it may have been difficult for you to cope before. Your mind will think clearer and quicker too; allowing you to handle most professional and personal situations more efficiently. Your friends and business associates will ask you about the secret that has transformed you into a nicer person to be around, and the life of all the parties.

Habit is either the best of servants or the worst of masters.

Why ENHANCED DYNAMIC IMAGING

03-07-2010 (Rev. 11-25-11 10:00 AM)

Note:
The AWA founder; developer of the "EDI Process" has declared said concept as belonging in "The Public Domain" where anyone may utilize it [and even improve on it] for humane, lawful purposes. Due, reasonable credit is only reserved for AWA.

You could stop smoking on the first appointment.
Have an extra $40.00+ a week to spend on the family!
(Do the math... $40.00 X 52wk. = $2080.00yr.)

No pills, no patches, no hypnotic-sleep induced, and nothing to buy;
brought to you cost-free including “follow-up service” if necessary by AWA.

Smoking cigarettes is not KOOL anymore; and is not an advisable thing for anyone to do at home, school or at work. Cigarettes are unhealthy to smokers, and to those nearby particularly fetuses and to very young children. They are usually expensive at over fifty dollars per carton; on top of that, they can permanently yellow the smoker’s teeth over time, and ruin their wardrobe with those unsightly burn holes. The pungent nicotine odor adheres to their skin, hair and the clothes that they are wearing. The smoker is not usually aware of that unpleasant odor, but a dance partner certainly will be.
Additionally the nicotine smell tenaciously permeates their home walls, rugs, furniture, car interior, and everything else including even pet’s hair and their lungs too. Smoking any cigarette may of course adversely affect the smoker’s health, but also their career and even their personal relationships too.
Other cost-free: services offered by AWA that are particularly useful for students at any level are: "Learn to read much faster while remembering more of your classroom lessons, beyond the final exams." Additionally through AWA you can conquer forgetting names, addresses, and telephone numbers, and much more. As a bonus always have an endearing, witty come-back line in any conversation.
All these and other priceless services are offered cost-free to the Greater, Corpus Christi community. Additional Information will be provided upon request. AWA is a, non-commercial, non-profit Organization, offering all services cost-free.

Enhanced Dynamic Imaging. (EDI) Pt.1

Historically much has been reported worldwide on alternative, bad-habit remedies; a fact easily verified via The Internet and at any local library. During centuries; legions worldwide have found themselves helplessly stuck in the “Glue-trap” of alcohol, nicotine and other addictive substances. Aware of many who involuntarily could not let themselves relax sufficiently to be helped; this effective concept in the "Personal Improvement” area was long-coming. Presently, Wide-awake, Enhanced Imaging (EDI) has been adopted as the tool of choice by AWA in combating a variety of undesirable habits; over traditional-hypnosis.
Over the last fifty years AWA's founder strived to improve on our tools so that more people could be helped. Thusly, today AWA offers the safest, most affordable, good health and happiness option, cost-free to those wanting to try it.
Although traditional-hypnosis can afford much quicker results than the Enhanced Imaging (EDI) process, when offered options this new concept is chosen overwhelmingly by those who seek help because they prefer to remain awake during the entire process. The qualified, AWA Associate has been trained to establish the rapport necessary to help you using either method in the familiar peaceful surroundings of your home. A neighborhood-park (for example) can sometimes afford an ideally relaxing environment for this purpose as well. AWA invites you to apply soon to schedule a meeting with one of our qualified associates at an appropriate location of your choice.

One Liners.

My favorite, “One-liners.”

*Too often rhetorical questions are rarely addressed, because they are obviously made to obfuscate, or sidetrack attention. (As in attempting to change a topic.)

The Pendulum Works:

Unbeknown to man until recently; (Give or take a few millennia.) skillfully formulated suggestions [usually] in chant format, were directed at the mind of the sick, and wounded by the tribal, medicine-man that consistently worked very well. He believed that his talent was inherited from his father, [whom was usually, the previous medicine-man] or discovered via experimentation (research) or directly transmitted to him by the Gods; of course. Early on Medicine-men didn’t know anything about hypnosis, the mind or even that these existed at all. (Or that they were using it.)
Later hypnotic sleep was recognized by science as the only shortcut known for establishing [two-way] communication with a person’s subconscious mind. (Except for the introduction of drugs into the process) However through years of experience in this field; AWA has discovered the “EDI gateway.” (Enhanced Dynamic Imaging) “Passwords to the brain” are sometimes, essential components of this new concept to adequately managed mental images thus stimulating the intellect into an enhanced awareness state. (A mesmerized condition, but not asleep) These passwords are sometimes necessary to the process, as in helping someone quit smoking cigarettes, and in alcohol addiction, (For example) but resist the process.

This concept works best when both participants are familiar with the as many of principles involved as possible; therefore it is important to interview (qualify) and to indoctrinate the “habit-chagrined” party adequately. When meticulously executed the “EDI” process fosters the recalling of past experiences flamboyantly, as when originally taking place. (For example.) Memories thusly-recalled are usually so lucid, or vivid; that shivers may be provoked when recalling a long walk in January, through the Michigan woods.
Introducing passwords into the process temporarily facilitates (in a manner of speaking) to compartmentalize the mind by assigning, or linking a relevant word to a goal, so that the mind can better focus on “the prize.” (Goal)

The initial interview period with the person seeking help, provides an important opportunity for establishing the ideal level of rapport so desirable for achieving the assured success of the procedure. The paramount, operative component of the process is [of-course] to establish a quick, efficient line of communication with the subconscious-mind.
Bottom line: The adequately conditioned bus-driver (For example.) would benefit from this development [at will, anywhere] to focus his attention more effectively in the safe operation of the vehicle in his charge.

From what you have read above; you now probably think that you can do this; and I would likely agree. However; I suggest that you use the training-wheels, helmet, knee, and elbow-pads until you really feel steady on the saddle. Allow yourself a few months of frequent, earnest practice, and boning up on the topic via inexpensive books on “the mind, and on how hypnosis works.” Without the information therein provided, it is impossible to start mastering the skills necessary. If and/when you find yourself really enjoying it; I hope that you let me know. Jae
